- Write a letter of request for the verification of your NYSC certificate number to NYSC.

- Ensure that your request letter is marked “Attention: Director (Corps Certification)”
- Attach a photocopy of the NYSC certificate you wish to verify.

- The application letter is to be submitted to the NYSC Director General’s Registry located at the 6th floor of the NYSC headquarters (Yakubu Gowon House)
